# Overview

> Get to know the Composables app templates and the source code included with your download.

## What are the app templates?

Composables [app templates](https://composables.com/index.md) are complete mobile app UIs for **Jetpack Compose** and **Compose Multiplatform**. Each app gives you Kotlin source code for its screens, reusable components, and a shared theme that you can add to your own project and customize.

- **Pairel** is a dating app.
- **Vela** is an AI assistant app.
- **Tally** is a habit tracker.

Download a complete app from its page on the [home page](https://composables.com/index.md), or choose individual [screens](https://composables.com/screens.md) and [components](https://composables.com/components.md).

## What is included?

- **Screens** for each app's journeys, such as signing in, onboarding, browsing, chatting, tracking, subscribing, and settings.
- **Reusable components** including buttons, sheets, dialogs, navigation bars, and other controls used across the screens.
- **The app's theme**, with shared colors, typography, shapes, and spacing to adapt the UI to your product.
- **Sample content and callbacks** to help you preview the UI and connect it to your own app.

Screen and component downloads include the theme and supporting source they use. A complete app download includes all of that app's screens and components.

You provide your app's navigation, authentication, persistent data, and backend. Replace the sample content and connect the callbacks to your app's state and actions.

## Resources

The apps use the Composables libraries Compose Unstyled, Ripple Indication, Google Fonts, System UI, and Compose URI Painter, plus FileKit for Pairel's photo picker and kotlinx-datetime for Tally. The [Quick Start](https://composables.com/docs/quick-start.md) lists the Gradle dependencies for each app.

Sample photos come from [Unsplash](https://unsplash.com), reaction GIFs from [GIPHY](https://giphy.com), and icons from [Lucide](https://composables.com/icons.md) and [Phosphor](https://composables.com/icons/icon-libraries/phosphor.md). Fonts load through Google Fonts. Remote images, GIFs, and fonts need an internet connection.

Keep the license and attribution notices supplied with the source. Replace sample media with your own content as you build your app. See the [license](https://composables.com/license.md) for usage terms.
