Sets the width to that of `insets` at the `end` of the screen,
using either `left` or `right`, depending on the
`LayoutDirection`.

When used, the `WindowInsets` will respect the consumed insets from
`windowInsetsPadding` and `consumeWindowInsets`, but won't consume any insets.
