# License Agreement

> The license terms for Composables app templates, screens and components.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Composable Horizons LLC owns or licenses the app templates, screen templates, components, and associated source and design assets available through Composables (the **Materials**). This agreement describes your permission to use those Materials. It does not replace separate licenses for third-party libraries, fonts, images, or other assets identified in a download.

## Free Materials

Items marked Free are available to signed-in accounts for noncommercial learning, experimentation, and personal projects. Commercial use requires a paid license. Free Materials are source-available under these restrictions; they are not offered under an open-source license. Do not redistribute standalone source or turn it into a competing template or component product.

## Developer licenses

Yearly and Lifetime each cover one developer: the signed-in purchaser. Both include all paid Materials, including every app template and its screens and components. You may modify the Materials and build unlimited personal, commercial, and client applications. Your clients and application end users do not need developer licenses merely to receive or use your finished application. Account credentials may not be shared.

## Earlier purchases and assigned licenses

Earlier purchases with assignable developer capacity retain that capacity and their agreed rights. Their purchaser manages license assignments for their organization, including its employees and contractors working for that organization or its clients. Managing these purchases alone does not require a developer license. The purchaser needs an assigned license if they access or use the Materials as a developer.

These existing licenses can still be assigned by email from the purchaser's account. An assigned developer signs in with that email to access the Materials. Yearly and Lifetime are individual plans and do not add assignable seats to earlier purchases.

Seats may be reassigned when developers leave or change roles. Reassignment must not be used to rotate simultaneous users through fewer paid seats than the number of developers accessing the Materials. Reassignment does not revoke properly obtained rights in finished work.

Earlier Pro and Team purchases retain their purchased developer capacity and agreed rights. This pricing and assignment model does not reduce those existing rights.

## What you may build

- Applications for your own business, including paid mobile applications and subscription services.
- Custom applications for unlimited clients, including delivery of the application source needed to maintain that finished product.
- Modified versions of the Materials embedded in those applications.
- Public application source repositories where the application is a substantive finished product, rather than a repackaging of the Materials.

## What is not permitted

- Sharing accounts, or providing standalone source downloads to unlicensed developers.
- Redistributing or reselling the Materials or derivatives as a UI library, source collection, theme, template, starter kit, design kit, or competing template collection.
- Creating an app builder that lets users extract or reuse the Materials to build their own products.
- Converting the Materials into another framework and distributing them as a standalone component product.

Delivering a finished client application is permitted. Giving clients a reusable collection of the underlying templates for unrelated future projects is not. Third-party dependency licenses still apply.

## Purchase access and updates

Yearly costs $149 USD per year and renews automatically until canceled. It includes online access to the current catalogue, new apps and updates during the paid period. You may cancel renewal from your account; access continues until the end of the paid year. After access ends, you may continue using properly downloaded Materials under this license, but cannot download additional paid Materials or updates without active access. Failed or unpaid renewals do not grant a new paid period.

Lifetime costs $399 USD once, with no automatic renewal. It includes access to all current paid Materials, every app template added later, and future updates. Earlier one-time purchases retain their agreed ongoing access and updates. Billing totals appear in checkout.

A fully refunded or disputed purchase no longer funds its assigned developer licenses or online access to paid downloads and updates. Other valid purchases and assignments remain effective. A partial refund does not automatically change developer capacity; any agreed license adjustment must be handled explicitly. Properly obtained copies remain subject to this license and applicable law. Account sharing and standalone redistribution remain prohibited.

## Refunds and statutory rights

We do not offer discretionary refunds. This policy does not exclude refunds, withdrawal rights, or remedies that applicable law requires, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content. Where immediate digital delivery requires express consent and acknowledgment concerning a withdrawal right, those requirements must be fulfilled; signing in or viewing this license alone does not waive them.

## Ownership and enforcement

You receive a non-exclusive license, not ownership of the Materials. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. We may suspend access for account abuse or a material license violation. Suspension does not remove mandatory legal rights or authorize us to revoke properly retained rights for unrelated reasons.

The Materials are supplied without a promise that they meet every project's requirements. You remain responsible for integrating, testing, and maintaining your application. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law prevents us from limiting.
